TPG developed the headquarters building for the California Environmental Protection Agency ('CalEPA') in Sacramento as a public-private partnership with the City of Sacramento. TPG now manages the building and oversees operations for the city of Sacramento.

The 25-story, 950,939 square foot office building was completed in early 2001. It is located in downtown Sacramento and recognized nationally as a highly efficient and sustainable commercial office developments winning the BOMA TOBY award and becoming certified ‘Platinum’ by the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design program.
